Elton John's farewell tour was announced on the 24th January 2018. Live streamed from Gotham Hall New York, the event included a VR experience & 360 degree projection mapped performance.
The design & production of the 360 projection for Elton's live performance of I'm Still Standing was a technically challenging but fantastic process. Made possible by Spinifex team's experience in delivering such complex projcts.
Scenes were built in 3D rendered as 360 unwraps & matched back to the projection area.
